Product Features
- Indicator: A position indicator with Namur mounting is included on all VESON pneumatic actuators for mounting accessories.
- Pinion: Features a hardened alloy steel pinion that is precision ground and Nickel plated (over 15μm) to reduce friction and provide maximum wear resistance. Fully conforms with ISO5211 & DIN3337 standards. Custom dimensions available with stainless steel and aluminum alloy options.
- Actuator Body: Constructed with hard anodized (over 30μm) aluminum extrusion for wear and corrosion protection while minimizing piston friction. Epoxy Coated and PTFE Coated options available.
- End Cap: Made from epoxy coated (over 80μm) die casting aluminum for maximum resistance against corrosive elements. PTFE Coated treatment available as an option.
- Piston: Precisely balanced with hard anodized treatment (over 30μm) die casting aluminum piston fitted with high-quality guides. Twin rack and pinion design ensures constant torque output.
- Travel Adjustment: Standard adjustment of ±5° in both open and closed positions through easily accessible external adjustment bolts.
- High Performance Springs: High tensile steel springs with epoxy coating for corrosion resistance and extended service life. Pre-loaded springs can be safely and rapidly disassembled.
- Bearings & Guides: Highly durable compound material provides high thrust stability with minimum friction and long operational life.
